转移域名被拒绝

我从godaddy转移2个域名到万网，先索取了转移码，再到万网申请域名转移，付费后成功验证域名所有者邮箱。本以为万事大吉，其实麻烦才刚刚开始。

首先收到godaddy来信说域名转移被拒绝，原文如下

Dear peng du,

The transfer you requested has been declined because you opted-in to a transfer lock for 60 days when you agreed to the GoDaddy Change of Registrant policy.

For security reasons, when you change the registrant's first name, last name, or organization name, you consent to a 60 day lock on transferring the domain name. Because you have provided your consent, Section 3(6) of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registration between Registrars permits us to decline your transfer request.

domains: XXXXX.com XXXX.com

I transfer 2 doamins from www.godaddy.com to www.net.cn,but the request been declined by godaddy.the email which godaddy send to me says: "For security reasons, when you change the registrant's first name, last name, or organization name, you consent to a 60 day lock on transferring the domain name. Because you have provided your consent, Section 3(6) of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registration between Registrars permits us to decline your transfer request. "

But I confirm that I have not change any registrant information since I regist these domains.

Please note that the transfer lock was placed on the domain names because an authorized party had updated the registered name holder (the listed registrant) and checked a box agreeing to the transfer restrictions.This 60-day period is a security measure that helps to prevent domain names from being hijacked or stolen and transferred to another registrar. Should a domain name be stolen, we rely on the ICANN policy that states "In the event of a dispute, the Registered Name Holder's authority supersedes that of the Administrative Contact." If the registered name holder is changed prior to the transfer, we can no longer rely on this policy.As such, in order for us to remove the transfer lock, we will need to revert the registrant contact to the party that was listed prior to the changes.Please confirm if you wish the registrant of the following domain names be reverted and the lock removed:xxxxx.COM, xxxxx.COMKindest Regards,

Upon review of the account I found that the domain are active in the account and registered with us. AS per Godaddy lock the domains are transferable after 4/5/2014. 说是我在2014年2月4日更新过注册人信息，根据他们的政策，更新注册人信息的域名有60天保护期，期间不能转移。

但我不记得改过啊注册人信息啊，于是检查自己的邮箱，终于看到了
